We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Engineer to join our dynamic team developing cutting-edge medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, prototype, and test electromechanical components for next-generation medical devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, regulatory, and clinical experts.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and design validations in compliance with ISO 13485 and IEC 60601 standards.
• Support documentation and technical files for CE marking and FDA submissions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing designs for performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Proven experience in R&D within the medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, sensors, actuators, and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Altium) and simulation software.
• Understanding of medical device regulations and quality systems.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
