Key Responsibilities for a R&D Project Manager
Lead implant product development projects in compliance with internal processes and standards.
Drive process implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support technical tasks such as test setup, CAD design, and needs assessment in collaboration with marketing, manufacturing, and other departments.
Create and manage Design History Files (DHF) and Device Master Records (DMR) in close collaboration with the QA/RA team. Assist in preparing Summary Technical Documentation (STED).
Key Skill sets for a R&D Project Manager
Master's degree (or equivalent) in biomedical engineering, biomechanics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in medical device development, ideally with implantable hip or knee prostheses.
Strong background in regulatory documentation, including 510(k) submissions.
Fluent in French and English.
