Job Title: Technical Transfer Lead - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Solids & Sugar Coating)

Location: On-site, Compiègne, France
Start Date: ASAP (End of January)
Contract Duration: ~10 - 12 months

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Transfer Lead to manage the transfer of pharmaceutical products and oversee technical process implementation within solids manufacturing, including sugar coating and casing operations. This role is critical in ensuring successful tech transfer and process validation for new products manufactured at another site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product transfer and process implementation for solid dosage forms and sugar-coated tablets.
• Manage the entire tech transfer life cycle: trial runs, scale-up, and validation activities.
• Develop and execute protocols with process parameters, oversee technical trials, and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure GMP-compliant documentation for all technical processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, QA, and engineering teams to meet timelines and regulatory standards.
• Provide training and share expertise to strengthen team capabilities.

Ideal Profile

• Strong technical background in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (granulation, tableting, sugar coating).
• Proven experience in tech transfer and process validation for solid dosage forms.
• Knowledge of effervescent manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time.
• Fluent in French (essential for interaction with manufacturing operators).
