About the Role
Join an innovative and quality-driven medical device company focused on improving patients' lives. We are currently seeking a Product Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our Marketing & Business Development team. This role can be based at our site in Jena, Germany or Helsingborg, Sweden.
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the business strategy for a defined product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and internal objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Implement marketing strategies and tactics to drive revenue and meet profitability goals for the assigned product portfolio
Support the sales team by tracking targets and providing tools and guidance to drive performance
Serve as the go-to expert for product updates, competitive intelligence, positioning strategies, and new product developments
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product visibility and engagement at trade shows and congresses
Deliver in-service training to customers and participate in field visits to end-users
Coordinate with internal teams to align product development with market needs and ensure successful product launches
Your Profile
Master's degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, or a related medical or scientific field
2-3 years of professional experience in the medical device industry (experience in interventional cardiology is a plus)
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to travel up to 40%, both domestically and internationally
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
High level of motivation and a commitment to continuous learning
