An innovative medical device manufacturer operating across Europe is seeking a seasoned Process Engineer to support high-impact initiatives within their production and development teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead process development, optimization, and validation activities across manufacturing lines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Regulatory) to ensure seamless technical integration
- Assess and implement improvements to existing processes, supporting scale-up and continuous improvement
- Drive compliance with MDR, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations throughout engineering initiatives
- Support documentation, risk analysis, and technical dossier contributions where applicable
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer within the medical device sector
- Strong understanding of GMP, risk management (FMEA), and validation protocols
- Experience with technologies such as CNC, laser welding, cleanroom processes, or injection molding is advantageous
- Fluent in English; knowledge or French or Flemish is a plus
- Freelance eligibility and availability to work on-site or in a hybrid capacity within Belgium
