Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced National BD Manager to join our client in Tokyo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, import and export activites, ideally with healthcare clients globally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a country and account strategy plan.
- Plan and manage the budget to meet sales objectives and costs control.
- Develop predictable revenue forecasting and take action where potential deviations are identified
- Lead, develop and manage the sales team.
- Monitor and steer the progress of sales pipeline by using sales and performance analytics.
- Meet key clients, maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for partnership growth.
- Attend to service failures to ensure appropriate resolutions are offered in close interdepartmental collaboration with the company's customer service and operations team.
- Run Japanese-language campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department and subject matter experts and manage agency relations for SEO, SEM and social media marketing projects
- Localize advertising, marketing collaterals, sales kits and other promotional materials for Japan market
- Provide support for lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns
- Responsible for managing content for website & social media marketing
- Grow regional email marketing database, measure and analyse activities results
- Execute events such as workshops and tradeshows and support PR-related activities
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken Japanese and fluent English
- Strong organizational, communication and project management skills
- Able to manage and lead a local and virtual team
- Prior B2B Marketing or advertising work experience
- Experience with Sales processes and strong interest in the role of marketing communications to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
- Experience of Pardot & Salesforce systems
- Experience of managing and developing key accounts
- Commercial and Customer focus
