Summary:

We're partnering with a leading MedTech company to find a Manufacturing Engineer who's ready to make an impact. In this role, you'll support the launch of new products, fine-tune production processes, and help ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. It's a great opportunity to work cross-functionally, drive improvements, and grow within a forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead/support internal projects and change management.
• Integrate new products into production and define process flows.
• Support design transfers and manage CAPAs/NCMRs.
• Develop manufacturing processes, tools, and documentation.
• Manage product/process data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Support validation activities and maintain QMS documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold cGMP standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/process engineering, ideally in medical/pharma/food.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills (Six Sigma, Lean).
• Experience with ERP, QMS, CAD (SolidWorks) is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English.
