Title: (senior) Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Boston, MA

Salary: $200,000-$250,000

We're working closely with an ambitious biotechnology company that relies on advanced machine‑learning research to accelerate therapeutic discovery. They need an engineer who can translate cutting‑edge ideas into robust, scalable infrastructure-keeping their ML team moving quickly from concept to insight.

Basic Qualifications

• 3 + years of full‑time industry experience post‑graduation.

• Strong software‑engineering foundation and fluency in Python.

• Hands‑on experience building data systems for ML (Pandas, NumPy, Apache Arrow, etc.).

• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Practical know‑how deploying deep‑learning models using frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, or Keras.

• Familiarity with modern MLOps stacks for training, monitoring, and evaluation.

• Demonstrated success building cloud‑native GPU infrastructure.

Preferred Extras

• Large‑scale data‑processing expertise (Spark, Hadoop, or similar).

• Direct experience provisioning and optimizing GPU clusters.

• Prior work in a company where machine learning intersects with experimental biology.
