Salary: $200,000-$300,000

We've partnered with an ambitious biotechnology company that applies state‑of‑the‑art machine learning to tackle high‑impact challenges in therapeutic discovery. As a core member of their ML group, you will design, implement, and deploy novel models that unlock insights from large‑scale biological data-directly accelerating the development of tomorrow's medicines.

Basic Qualifications

• Ph.D. (or equivalent research experience) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Biology, or a related quantitative field.

• 5+ years of experience in biotech / pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with a deep‑learning framework such as PyTorch.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and evaluating machine‑learning models.

• Experience extracting clear insights from large, noisy datasets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior application of machine learning to cellular modeling

• Hands‑on industry experience taking ML models from research to production.

• Peer‑reviewed publications in leading AI or Machine Learning venues.
