Your Tasks
- Drive international sales growth for polymers and polyamides across key markets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base in automotive, industrial, and consumer applications.
- Identify and promote new applications leveraging high-performance polymer technologies.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers and manage complex international projects.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve corporate revenue and growth objectives.
Your Profile
- Degree in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business administration.
- In-depth knowledge of the polymer and polyamide industry.
- Proven track record in international sales and business development.
- Results-driven mindset with resilience and assertiveness.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel
