Your Tasks

  • Drive international sales growth for polymers and polyamides across key markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base in automotive, industrial, and consumer applications.
  • Identify and promote new applications leveraging high-performance polymer technologies.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers and manage complex international projects.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve corporate revenue and growth objectives.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of the polymer and polyamide industry.
  • Proven track record in international sales and business development.
  • Results-driven mindset with resilience and assertiveness.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel
