Head of Talent Management & L&D APAC

My client is a global leading company in the medical device industry and is currently looking for a Head of Talent Management and L&D for the APAC region.

This role will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire regional talent review process and platforms, collaborating with senior leaders to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time
• Lead or partner on assigned Global projects, managing them from inception to completion, ensuring smooth and timely implementation with all necessary stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to the Global Grow Community of Practice, influencing both global and regional strategies and tactics, and sharing best practices.
• Design, develop, and execute existing learning programs and customized workshops across the region, ensuring they align with company strategy and current trends.
• Support the development and implementation of various HR projects, promoting company culture, diversity, inclusion, and supporting managers with HR matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 10 years of HR experience, especially in developing and executing L&D programs and talent management
• Regional experience
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proven ability to lead a team
• A team player
