The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic instruments
• Providing responsive technical support to hospital laboratories, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders
• Ensuring equipment uptime, accuracy, and operational compliance in regulated settings
• Building strong relationships with customers through professional, solutions‑focused service
• Completing service documentation, quality reporting, and compliance procedures

About You

• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer within diagnostics, medical devices, laboratory automation, or similar technical healthcare equipment
• Strong problem‑solving skills with an analytical, methodical approach
• Comfortable working independently in hospital and clinical environments
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
• Willingness to travel across your region (Manchester or London) as required
