The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic instruments
- Providing responsive technical support to hospital laboratories, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders
- Ensuring equipment uptime, accuracy, and operational compliance in regulated settings
- Building strong relationships with customers through professional, solutions‑focused service
- Completing service documentation, quality reporting, and compliance procedures
About You
- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer within diagnostics, medical devices, laboratory automation, or similar technical healthcare equipment
- Strong problem‑solving skills with an analytical, methodical approach
- Comfortable working independently in hospital and clinical environments
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
- Willingness to travel across your region (Manchester or London) as required
