Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with R&D and Process Development teams to translate designs into scalable manufacturing processes.
• Develop and refine manual assembly processes, with a focus on transitioning to semi-automated and automated systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in product development and manufacturing.
• Support micro-bonding techniques including soldering and epoxy bonding.
• Act as an intermediary between R&D and operations, ensuring smooth handover and process alignment.
• Work closely with vendors, partners, operations, and quality teams to ensure product and process standards.
• Train junior engineers and help establish engineering standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of ultrasonic-based technologies and systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with mechanical engineering exposure.
• Experience in electronic design layout and manual assembly processes.
• Strong background in process development, not limited to R&D.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in or with manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with MedTech or regulated industries.
