Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with R&D and Process Development teams to translate designs into scalable manufacturing processes.
- Develop and refine manual assembly processes, with a focus on transitioning to semi-automated and automated systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in product development and manufacturing.
- Support micro-bonding techniques including soldering and epoxy bonding.
- Act as an intermediary between R&D and operations, ensuring smooth handover and process alignment.
- Work closely with vendors, partners, operations, and quality teams to ensure product and process standards.
- Train junior engineers and help establish engineering standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of ultrasonic-based technologies and systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with mechanical engineering exposure.
- Experience in electronic design layout and manual assembly processes.
- Strong background in process development, not limited to R&D.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in or with manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with MedTech or regulated industries.
