Location: Germany (Remote)

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced clinical development leader to drive our global drug development programs. This role is central to shaping clinical direction, ensuring scientific and regulatory rigor, and delivering programs efficiently and effectively.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of global clinical trial strategies and advise senior leaders on the strategic direction of the global trial programmes
• Manage the full lifecycle of international clinical trials-from protocol design through to final reporting-ensuring excellence in execution, compliance, and documentation.
• Provide expert guidance on dose selection and data interpretation. Leverage real-world evidence and external datasets to enhance development plans and regulatory submissions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external experts, including regulatory authorities and scientific advisors, to ensure alignment and success across all phases of development.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education:
  Advanced degree (MD or PhD) in a relevant medical or scientific field.
• Experience:
  At least 5 years of hands-on experience in clinical development, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Key Competencies:
  Proven leadership in clinical trial design and execution, deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
