Location: Philadelphia, PA or Boston, MA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
EPM Scientific is partnered with a rapidly growing, Commercial-Stage Biopharmaceutical company to hire a Director, Commercial Optimization & Field Enablement. Our client is seeking a strategic and operational expert to lead their field team resource optimization. This opportunity is pivotal in shaping how the organization supports and scales field-based commercial efforts, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering tools + insights that drive performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage field team allocation and territory alignment strategies
- Build and maintain tools and dashboards to support field execution and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure operational readiness and alignment of field tools with evolving commercial strategies
- Lead training and communication for field operations initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years in pharma/biotech commercial roles
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce)
- Specialty Brand experience - endocrinology, cardiovascular, oncology, or rare disease preferred
