Director/VP Sales Operations
Head of Sales Operations & Enablement
Primary Objective: Build and manage a high-performing, scalable, and accountable sales organization by owning processes, systems, training, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Management: Own day-to-day management of the inside and outside sales team; conduct weekly pipeline reviews and performance 1:1s; drive accountability to KPIs, quotas, and activity metrics.
- Sales Process & Infrastructure: Design, implement, and refine a standardized sales process; ensure CRM (Pipedrive) is fully adopted and clean; monitor pipeline health, win rates, and conversion metrics.
- Training & Onboarding: Develop onboarding programs for new reps; deliver process and product training (with VP Sales input).
- Reporting & Forecasting: Create accurate revenue forecasts and sales dashboards; analyze rep performance and identify coaching needs.
- Compensation & Incentives: Design comp plans that align with business objectives; administer SPIFFs and performance bonuses.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Finance to align forecasts and reporting; partner with Marketing to coordinate lead-gen and collateral.

- Background in SaaS, medical sales, or B2B field sales teams a plus.
