Customer Service & Procurement Specialist

We are currently working with a leading pharmaceutical company based in Zürich, seeking a Customer Service & Procurement Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while developing a long-term career in the pharmaceutical industry.

You will be responsible for:

  • Handling client calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Managing customer orders and ensuring accurate data entry using SAP
  • Utilizing Excel for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Supporting procurement activities once or twice a week, including placing orders and liaising with suppliers
  • Acting as a backup for warehouse operations during absences, including packaging and routine logistics tasks
  • Communicating with clients in Swiss German and French, and with suppliers in English; Italian is appreciated but not required

As an ideal candidate you should have the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
  • Familiarity with SAP and strong Excel skills
  • Ability to manage supplier relationships and procurement tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to support warehouse operations when needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in Swiss German is essential; French and English are required; Italian is a plus
