With a lead oncology program advancing into Phase 3 and additional programs in neurology and immunology, the company is scaling its Clinical Operations team to support upcoming pivotal trials. Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operational oversight of global oncology clinical trials in an insourced model
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Clinical Ops, Medical, Regulatory, Data Science) to drive trial execution
• Oversee study start‑up, site activation, and ongoing site management
• Track timelines, milestones, and trial performance; proactively mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP, regulatory requirements, and internal processes
• Manage vendors (CROs, labs, imaging) as needed
• Support development and maintenance of study documents and trial files

Qualifications

• Experience working as a CTM
• Experience managing oncology clinical trials
• Phase 3 global experience
• Prior experience in an insourced or FSP model
• Fluent in Mandarin or Japanese (strong preference)
