With a lead oncology program advancing into Phase 3 and additional programs in neurology and immunology, the company is scaling its Clinical Operations team to support upcoming pivotal trials. Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operational oversight of global oncology clinical trials in an insourced model
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (Clinical Ops, Medical, Regulatory, Data Science) to drive trial execution
- Oversee study start‑up, site activation, and ongoing site management
- Track timelines, milestones, and trial performance; proactively mitigate risks
- Ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP, regulatory requirements, and internal processes
- Manage vendors (CROs, labs, imaging) as needed
- Support development and maintenance of study documents and trial files
Qualifications
- Experience working as a CTM
- Experience managing oncology clinical trials
- Phase 3 global experience
- Prior experience in an insourced or FSP model
- Fluent in Mandarin or Japanese (strong preference)
