Clinical Product Manager / Medical Manager

EPM Scientific are currently partnered with a global medical device innovator active in the Surgical space who are preparing to launch new indications in dentistry. They are urgently seeking a Clinical Product Manager / Medical Advisor to support the clinical and strategic development of products focused in the dentistry space. See a short summary below:

Contract Conditions:

• Start date: August / September
• Location: Germany, Remote
• Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
• Language: English essential; German is a plus
• Project: Dental

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the medical oversight of clinical studies, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D teams, CROs, and regulatory affairs to drive product development.
• Organize and facilitate advisory boards with KOLs and clinical experts to guide strategic direction.
• Support label extensions and new indication launches by providing clinical and scientific input.
• Act as a medical-scientific liaison throughout the product lifecycle, from development to commercialization.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree required: Relevant MSc or PhD preferred, MD is a strong advantage.
• Previous Experience in a practical environment as a Dentist, Orthodontist or Dental Nurse background preferred.
• Understanding of clinical trial design, GCP, and regulatory pathways is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
