Clinical Application Specialist - Denmark

Are you a professional consultant who supports surgeons and distributors by participating in live surgeries for promotional demonstrations or educational training? Do you have a background in providing on-site technical support and experience in cross-selling? Then this opportunity might be for you.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Train end users (surgeons and nursing staff) to safely and effectively use surgical products, ensuring all training commitments are met.
  • Support the installation of surgical equipment at various sites and provide demonstrations to medical professionals, identifying cross-selling opportunities for instruments and consumables.
  • Provide technical support, field repairs, and preventive maintenance for surgical machines, addressing first-line defects as needed.
  • Stay informed about new instruments, disposables, and surgical techniques to effectively promote and introduce new products to clients.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Medical Sales or Clinical Applications role.
  • Experience in Ophthalmology is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time across the Nordic region.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Service-oriented and familiar with operating theatre protocols.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (preferably also in English).
  • Strong training and presentation skills.
  • A team player with a strong desire to meet customer needs.
