Business Development Representative
* Identify and research prospective clients in pharma, biotech, CROs, and healthcare organizations.
* Conduct outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to introduce company services and generate qualified leads.
* Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through consistent prospecting efforts.
* Qualify inbound leads and schedule introduction calls, capabilities presentations, and discovery meetings for senior BD team members.
* Collaborate with Business Development Managers to support proposal development, RFP responses, and contracting.
* Track all outreach, touch points, and opportunity stages in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Nurture early-stage relationships with key stakeholders such as clinical operations leaders, procurement teams, and research site managers
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Health Sciences, or related field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Comfort with outreach, cold calling/emailing, and professional networking.
* Ability to learn scientific and technical concepts related to clinical research.
