The Opportunity
The company is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager based in Germany, fluent in Mandarin and English, who thrives in science-driven environments. This role will spearhead strategic growth, build valuable partnerships through scientific consultation and unlock new business opportunities in the biotech and pharma sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Germany and wider European countries
- Lead client engagement, proposals, and deal negotiations
- Customise solutions to meet client's scientific and strategic needs
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events
- Deliver market intelligence and competitive insights to guide commercial strategy
Ideal Profile
- Achieved a PhD in immunology, oncology or science related field
- Solid understanding of preclinical drug development processes
- Professional fluency in Mandarin and English
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be based in Germany and open to travel
