Hematology/Oncology Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hematology/Oncology Territory Manager to join a growing and agile commercial team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting the launch and continued growth of cutting-edge therapies within the oncology space.
Key Responsibilities:
Consistently meet and exceed territory sales goals by effectively engaging and influencing Key Thought Leaders (KOLs), prescribers, and decision-makers across your assigned geography.
Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts, delivering value through clinical knowledge, responsiveness, and a patient-focused approach.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to identify opportunities, maximize territory performance, and address the unique needs of oncology patients and providers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (medical affairs, marketing, market access) to ensure alignment on strategy and support customer needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with at least 3 years of recent experience in hematology or solid tumor oncology.
Demonstrated history of top sales performance and ability to drive brand growth in competitive markets.
Deep relationships with oncology HCPs in the Baltimore region and a reputation as a credible, resourceful partner.
Strong business acumen, account planning skills, and the ability to work independently.
