Are you a data‑driven Supply Chain Analyst with experience in the life sciences sector?
I'm supporting a leading pharmaceutical organisation in Germany who are looking for an analytical, detail‑oriented professional to join their Supply Chain Operations team on a 12‑month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to support critical supply chain activities within a highly regulated, fast‑paced environment that directly impacts patient lives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse supply chain data to support planning, forecasting, and operational decision‑making
  • Monitor KPIs across inventory, logistics, procurement, and production
  • Support demand planning and inventory management activities to prevent shortages and delays
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance
  • Provide insights to optimise supply chain processes and reduce operational risks
  • Generate dashboards, reports, and performance summaries using ERP and BI tools
  • Assist in operational issue resolution for inbound/outbound materials and finished goods
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience as a Supply Chain Analyst within pharma, biotech, medical devices, or a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP, ERP systems, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
  • Understanding of supply chain processes (demand planning, inventory, logistics, procurement)
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear business insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Fluent English required; German language skills are highly desirable

Qualifications

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Additional certifications (e.g., APICS/CPIM, Six Sigma) beneficial but not essential
