Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external stakeholders to apply advanced computational tools to experimental environments
• Act as a key liaison between laboratory teams and internal technical teams, ensuring alignment and execution
• Design and guide data-informed experimental campaigns and workflows
• Translate outputs from computational systems into practical, executable laboratory actions
• Support onboarding and technical engagement with partners, including troubleshooting and optimisation
• Contribute to project planning and delivery, working with cross-functional teams
• Develop scripts and tools (e.g. Python) to facilitate data processing, system integration, and workflow automation
• Capture insights from project work to inform ongoing platform and process improvements

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in experimental scientific environments (e.g. chemistry, materials, or related fields)
• Practical coding ability (e.g. Python) for data handling and workflow support
• Exposure to data-driven or computational approaches in scientific contexts
• Strong ability to communicate across:

• Experimental teams
• Technical / engineering stakeholders

• Problem-solving mindset with ability to operate in dynamic, real-world scenarios
• Comfortable working directly with external collaborators and partners

Bonus Requirements:

• Exposure to automated lab systems, robotics, or high-throughput experimentation
• Familiarity with simulation, modelling, or computational chemistry concepts
• Experience in customer-facing or applied technical roles
• Background in fast-paced or evolving environments
• Interest in emerging technologies shaping scientific discovery
