About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth for a leading SaaS analytics platform within the specialty chemicals and plastics industries across France. This role reports to the VP of Sales and requires a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial insight, with a focus on process optimization and manufacturing excellence.
You will play a key role in helping clients unlock value from their industrial data, using advanced analytics solutions to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualifying leads to delivering product demos and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including VP and C-suite decision-makers.
- Collaborate with industry experts to tailor solutions and forecast sales opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the specialty chemicals and plastics sectors.
- Work closely with internal teams and channel partners to expand market presence across France and Europe.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce and meet performance targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven success in enterprise software sales, ideally within industrial sectors such as chemicals, plastics, or manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of data management strategies in industrial environments (e.g., historians, cloud/on-prem solutions).
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to communicate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
- Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with time-series data analytics or batch processing is highly desirable.
