Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic sales initiatives for organ-on-a-chip platforms across pharma, biotech, and academic markets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with technical and scientific teams to align product capabilities with customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- Recent and relevant experience in sales of organ-on-a-chip systems, microfluidics, or advanced cell-based assay platforms.
- Strong network within pharmaceutical R&D, toxicology, or translational research communities.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and communicate scientific value propositions.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
