Location: Vernon Hills, IL (3 days in-office)

Responsibilities:
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with key decision makers to promote sales growth
- Develop and maintain long-standing relationships with multiple customer departments
- Understand territory management and develop and set strategies to expand reach with new and existing customer base
- Attend product/vendor/system meetings
- Assist customers with buying decisions and make suggestions for alternative products when others aren't available
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Inside Sales/Sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in science related field
- Hybrid - can get to office 3 days per week
- Self-starter and keen eye for detail
- Must be results oriented while striving to hit and overachieve sales goals
- Customer focused mentality with "white glove" customer service
