Overview

A leading diagnostics organization is seeking an Emergency Medicine Executive to support the launch of innovative rapid‑testing solutions within emergency‑care environments. This field‑based role focuses on strategic sales execution, clinical workflow discovery, and building long‑term partnerships across Emergency Departments, urgent care settings, and EMS organizations.

This position covers Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Utah.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑cycle, strategic sales plans within emergency‑care networks

• Build relationships with stakeholders across Emergency Medicine, Laboratory, Supply Chain, and executive leadership

• Identify unmet clinical and operational needs, aligning targeted diagnostic solutions

• Lead observation days and convert findings into compelling value and workflow‑improvement proposals

• Guide customer champions through value analysis, decision‑making, and successful implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• 7+ years of experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or relevant clinical roles

• Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority

• Proven track record as a top performer in complex or strategic sales

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching new medical or diagnostic technologies

• Background developing KOL relationships and driving product‑adoption success

• Clinical or technical understanding of emergency‑care workflows

• Strong learning agility and entrepreneurial mindset

• Residence within the territory with ability to travel up to 75%
