Our Client, a global CRO is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Tasks:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across national and international markets, with a strong focus on sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and MedTech.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring strategic development and sustainable partnerships.
  • Design and implement initiatives to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Establish and strengthen connections with clinical trial sites, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other key stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Negotiate contracts and deliver impactful presentations, detailed reports, and accurate forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, including trade shows, congresses, and sponsor meetings, with travel commitments of approximately 25%.

Profile:

  • A few years of Business Development or Sales experience in Life sciences such as Medical, Pharma or Clinical Research Organizations (CRO)
  • Previous experience in new client acquisition
  • Degree in Business Admin, Communications or Life Sciences
  • Strong customer and service-oriented mindset
  • Good communication skills. Fluent in English. Nice to have German, Spanish, or French
