Our Client, a global CRO is looking for a Business Development Manager.
Tasks:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across national and international markets, with a strong focus on sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and MedTech.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring strategic development and sustainable partnerships.
- Design and implement initiatives to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Establish and strengthen connections with clinical trial sites, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other key stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Negotiate contracts and deliver impactful presentations, detailed reports, and accurate forecasts to support decision-making.
- Represent the organization at industry events, including trade shows, congresses, and sponsor meetings, with travel commitments of approximately 25%.
Profile:
- A few years of Business Development or Sales experience in Life sciences such as Medical, Pharma or Clinical Research Organizations (CRO)
- Previous experience in new client acquisition
- Degree in Business Admin, Communications or Life Sciences
- Strong customer and service-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills. Fluent in English. Nice to have German, Spanish, or French
