Our client is a leading digital health organisation developing clinically validated digital therapeutic solutions that improve outcomes for patients across a range of mental and physical health conditions. The company combines healthcare expertise, behavioural science, and technology to deliver evidence-based solutions used by healthcare providers, patients, and payer organisations.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to support their commercial expansion across Germany.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional with 2-5 years of experience within digital health, digital therapeutics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medtech, or healthtech.
The ideal candidate will have a clinical background and be looking to transition into or further develop a career in business development within one of the most innovative sectors in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the German healthcare market.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinicians, and strategic partners.
- Support engagement with payer organisations, healthcare networks, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare stakeholders.
- Work closely with clinical, product, medical, and commercial teams.
- Support commercial negotiations and partnership discussions.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
Requirements
Essential
Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Nursing
- Physiotherapy
- Psychology
- Pharmacy
- Biomedical Sciences
- Public Health
- Healthcare Management
- Life Sciences
- Related healthcare discipline
2-5 years of professional experience within Digital Health, Digital Therapeutics, HealthTech, MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, or Healthcare.
Strong interest in healthcare innovation and technology.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
Fluent German and English.
Preferred
- Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, hospitals, or healthcare organisations.
- Exposure to reimbursement, payer engagement, or market access environments.
- Experience within a scaling digital health or healthtech business.
- Understanding of evidence-based medicine, clinical research, or digital therapeutics.
