Senior Account Manager - Specialty Chemicals Sector (fragrances & flavours sector)

North Germany - Hybrid (national travel opportunites)

I am partnered exclusively with a globally operating fragrances & flavours business that is expanding its European footprint and investing in the build‑out of its German commercial organisation.

Following continued international growth, the business is now looking to appoint a Senior Account Manager to take full ownership of market development in Germany.

This role is ideal for commercially driven professionals who enjoy building a market from scratch, winning new business and managing key customer relationships end‑to‑end.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a new business strategy for the German market
  • Managing and growing key customer relationships from opportunity through to launch
  • Owning revenue, margin, pricing and forecasting
  • Acting as the commercial interface between customers and internal creative/technical teams

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in Sales / Account Management
  • Background in either Beauty, FMCG ingredients Chemicals
  • Strong experience in new business development and key account management
  • Fluent German & English
  • Comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy

This is a high‑visibility growth role with direct exposure to European leadership and long‑term progression as the German business scales.
