Its lead candidate is uniquely designed to target multiple neurotoxic proteins simultaneously, representing a differentiated and potentially transformative approach for conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and Lewy body dementia.

Early clinical and biomarker findings demonstrate meaningful reductions in inflammation and neurodegeneration, supporting the therapy's potential as a true disease‑modifying treatment. With a strong scientific foundation and a clear path toward late‑stage development, the company is positioned to advance pioneering solutions for patients with serious neurodegenerative disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to clinical development planning with cross‑functional teams, KOLs, and CROs.
  • Author and review clinical study documents for trial execution and regulatory use.
  • Analyze and interpret clinical trial data with program leadership.
  • Resolve operational and scientific issues to protect trial quality.
  • Provide scientific content for trainings, publications, posters, and advisory boards.
  • Lead statistical analysis plan development with the study statistician.
  • Partner with sites and CROs to monitor data quality, protocol compliance, and query resolution.
  • Support protocol design and strategy for clinical pharmacology studies.
  • Manage external CROs and scientific vendors (bioanalytical, biomarker, PK, statistics, data management).
  • Collaborate with the medical monitor on patient and program safety review.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date expertise in the therapeutic area, clinical practice, and regulatory standards.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years or Master's degree with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Clinical credentials preferred (RN, NP, PA, PharmD, MD).
  • Strong knowledge of scientific principles and clinical research methodology.
