Responsibilities:
- Contribute to clinical development planning with cross‑functional teams, KOLs, and CROs.
- Author and review clinical study documents for trial execution and regulatory use.
- Analyze and interpret clinical trial data with program leadership.
- Resolve operational and scientific issues to protect trial quality.
- Provide scientific content for trainings, publications, posters, and advisory boards.
- Lead statistical analysis plan development with the study statistician.
- Partner with sites and CROs to monitor data quality, protocol compliance, and query resolution.
- Support protocol design and strategy for clinical pharmacology studies.
- Manage external CROs and scientific vendors (bioanalytical, biomarker, PK, statistics, data management).
- Collaborate with the medical monitor on patient and program safety review.
- Maintain up‑to‑date expertise in the therapeutic area, clinical practice, and regulatory standards.
Ideal Candidates:
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years or Master's degree with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Clinical credentials preferred (RN, NP, PA, PharmD, MD).
- Strong knowledge of scientific principles and clinical research methodology.
