Senior Global Product Manager, POC Diagnostics

Location: Onsite in Princeton, NJ

A globally established leader in medical devices and diagnostics is seeking a Senior Global Product Manager to join its growing Marketing organization. This is a highly visible, strategically critical role responsible for shaping how a flagship diagnostic technology is positioned, adopted, and scaled across global markets. Sitting at the center of commercial strategy, innovation, and execution, this leader will play a pivotal role in driving sustained growth for a high‑performing business unit operating in fast‑paced, high‑acuity care environments.

The Senior Global Product Manager will own global marketing and lifecycle strategy for a life‑saving diagnostic tool used in emergency and decentralized settings. With direct influence on evidence strategy, value messaging, launch execution, and stakeholder engagement, this position offers a rare opportunity to make a measurable impact on patient care while helping define how new diagnostic categories evolve worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead global commercialization and market growth strategy for an innovative diagnostic portfolio
  • Shape and expand markets through strategic positioning, evidence development, and stakeholder engagement
  • Translate customer and market insights into product, innovation, and lifecycle strategies
  • Orchestrate global launches and ensure cross‑regional alignment on execution, adoption, and performance
  • Lead and influence cross‑functional and external partners in a complex global environment

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of marketing experience within Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or related healthcare industries
  • Proven success leading global product launches, portfolio management, and commercialization strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to shape markets through guideline influence, advocacy, or policy engagement
  • Strong strategic communication skills with experience influencing senior, cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Global experience preferred, with ability to travel internationally
