We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) to strengthen our sales team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact potential and existing customers by phone
  • Present products and solutions via telephone, onsite visits, or Microsoft Teams
  • Provide technical consultations and customer support
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
  • Prepare quotations and work closely with the sales team
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Document sales activities and customer interactions
  • Assist in both inside sales activities and occasional onsite visits within the region

Your Profile

  • Enjoys telephone-based sales and direct customer engagement
  • Experience in technical sales is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Confident using MS Office and CRM software
  • Independent, organised, and reliable working style
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Fluent German; good English skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the assigned area
