We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) to strengthen our sales team.
Your Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential and existing customers by phone
- Present products and solutions via telephone, onsite visits, or Microsoft Teams
- Provide technical consultations and customer support
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
- Prepare quotations and work closely with the sales team
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
- Document sales activities and customer interactions
- Assist in both inside sales activities and occasional onsite visits within the region
Your Profile
- Enjoys telephone-based sales and direct customer engagement
- Experience in technical sales is beneficial but not mandatory
- Confident using MS Office and CRM software
- Independent, organised, and reliable working style
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Fluent German; good English skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the assigned area
