  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, OEM partners and key accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new applications, competition trends, and unmet customer needs.

  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Technical Support, Service, Operations, Product Development) to ensure customer‑focused solutions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting and territory insights.
  • Use CRM systems diligently to manage all sales pipeline and account activity.
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences and customer events.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in technical sales or business development, ideally within laboratory equipment, analytical instrumentation or gas generation systems.
  • Degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.
  • Good understanding of LC/MS, GC/MS and other analytical laboratory technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in direct sales roles, with a track record of delivering regional growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
  • Self‑driven, structured and comfortable working autonomously in the field.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the territory (~40%).
  • Must be based in Germany; applications from outside Germany cannot be considered.
  • Fluent German and strong English skills are essential.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to shape and grow a newly created role in a strategic, high‑potential region.
  • Competitive salary with performance‑based incentives.

  • A high‑quality, European‑manufactured product portfolio with strong technical backing.
