Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a local liaison between sponsor, CRO CRAs, and investigator sites to support trial execution and oversight.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clinical sites across multiple indications.
- Support feasibility, start-up, and enrollment activities by leveraging local knowledge of healthcare systems, treatment standards, and site capabilities.
- Collaborate with Medical Liaisons and internal teams to align regional strategies with clinical trial goals.
- Conduct site visits (initiation, enrollment booster, oversight, and training) to ensure trial readiness and performance.
- Monitor site-level performance metrics and support issue resolution and risk mitigation strategies.
- Participate in joint meetings with CROs and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of milestones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
- At least 5 years of experience as a CRA, Monitor, or similar role.
- Proven experience in site management and direct collaboration with investigator sites.
- Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, networking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in rare disease trials and cross-functional collaboration is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% across the region.
