EPM Scientific are currently partnered with a clinical-stage immunology biotech, urgently seeking a Freelance Site Relationship Manager to join their team. See a short summary below:

Contract Conditions:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Location: Dallas-Fort Worth/Houston, Texas
  • Contract Type: Freelance / Consultant - 0.7 FTE, 12 Months
  • Language: English essential
  • Project: Site Relationship Management, Rare Disease, Autoimmune Diseases


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a local liaison between sponsor, CRO CRAs, and investigator sites to support trial execution and oversight.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clinical sites across multiple indications.
  • Support feasibility, start-up, and enrollment activities by leveraging local knowledge of healthcare systems, treatment standards, and site capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Medical Liaisons and internal teams to align regional strategies with clinical trial goals.
  • Conduct site visits (initiation, enrollment booster, oversight, and training) to ensure trial readiness and performance.
  • Monitor site-level performance metrics and support issue resolution and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in joint meetings with CROs and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of milestones.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a CRA, Monitor, or similar role.
  • Proven experience in site management and direct collaboration with investigator sites.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in rare disease trials and cross-functional collaboration is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% across the region.
