The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth and strengthen their presence in the Netherlands. This is a strategic role for a proactive professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering value to healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinical labs, and private laboratories.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and consultative support to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales within healthcare or diagnostics, ideally with hospitals and laboratories.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
  • Background in biology, life sciences, or a related field (degree preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
