Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales within East Germany by developing strong customer relationships
Promote and support the company's molecular diagnostics portfolio across infectious diseases, oncology, and genetic testing
Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sustainable revenue
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training sessions
Work collaboratively with internal teams including Marketing, Technical Support, and Customer Service
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer records via CRM systems
Represent the company at relevant conferences, trade shows, and customer events
Candidate Profile
Degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or related life sciences sectors
Proven track record in solution-based selling and account management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
Ability to work independently, manage a regional territory, and travel frequently
Fluent in German; English proficiency required for internal communication
