As a Trial and Tissue Industry Specialist, you'll be front and centre during trial execution-turning ideas into solutions and solutions into value. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, empowering customers to achieve operational excellence while strengthening long-term relationships.
What You'll Do
Lead High-Impact Trials
Own every stage of the trial process-from planning and equipment preparation to execution, analysis, and value confirmation.
Master the Trial Lifecycle
Ensure every trial runs flawlessly, gathering data, facilitating workshops, and validating outcomes directly with customers.
Be the Go-To Expert
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for internal teams, guiding frontline sales colleagues and elevating their technical confidence.
Solve Complex Technical Challenges
Deliver advanced application solutions that reduce attrition risk and drive customer satisfaction.
Champion Innovation
Stay at the forefront of product advancements, including the latest developments from R&D.
Balance Execution and Support
Split your time between leading trials and supporting existing accounts with insights, audits, and optimisation strategies.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Chemistry
- Minimum 6 years' experience as a Solutions Engineer
- Strong, practical understanding of the tissue industry
- Ability to design and communicate strategic, big-picture solutions
- Excellent presentation skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Sales experience is a plus
