EPM Scientific is partnered with a global oncology biopharma that is redefining what is possible in cancer care - they are pioneering next-generation treatments that are faster to market, more equitable, and more affordable. They are seeking an experienced Regional Marketer to join their Hematology Regional Marketing team in the New England Region. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic KOL engagement initiatives across key hematologic indications. Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic regional marketer supporting the organizations hematology portfolio
- Lead execution of integrated KOL and customer engagement strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external thought leaders and internal stakeholders to inform and influence commercial strategy
- Represent organization at major US and international conferences, advisory boards, and scientific meetings
- Support promo speaker bureau strategy and peer-to-peer education initiatives aligned with brand objectives
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, Commercial Ops & Business Analytics to align on commercialization strategy and uncover actionable market insights
- Develop promo content and programming for congresses, including product theaters and educational sessions
- Contribute to brand planning, tactical execution, and launch readiness activities
Qualifications
- 10 years' pharma/biotech commercial experience
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred (MBA, PharmD, PhD) or NP / PA
- Hematology/Oncology experience required
- Regional / Field Marketing experience is required (will not look at anyone coming straight from sales / account management)
- Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with KOLs and cross-functional teams
- Excellent strategic thinker, communicator, and collaborator
- Ability to travel 50%
