Automation/Equipment Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Support the development, procurement, and qualification of automation and production equipment.
Collaborate on equipment User Requirements Specifications (URS), vendor selection, and design reviews.
Coordinate and participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) activities.
Drive or support equipment qualification processes (IQ, OQ, PQ).
Assist in managing capital equipment projects from initiation through to successful deployment.
Work with vendors to manage quotes, lead times, and technical specifications.
Contribute to system learning and knowledge transfer across the team.
Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
Ensure compliance with medical device regulatory and quality standards throughout equipment lifecycle.
