Position Summary
We are seeking an early-career Medical Director (MD) to join our team. This is a hands-on role in clinical development and operations, supporting the design, execution, and oversight of clinical trials for our lead program and future pipeline assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical and scientific oversight for clinical trials.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Safety teams to ensure GCP and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to protocol development, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports.
- Review and interpret clinical data; assist in safety monitoring and medical review.
- Support interactions with investigators, KOLs, and regulatory authorities.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide medical input on strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- MD degree (required) with U.S. medical licensure.
- Early-career physician with interest in clinical development; prior industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of respiratory diseases or neonatal care preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA (no relocation package).
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $200,000 - $240,000
- Bonus: Up to 20% based on performance
